Official Bus Service for Reservations Holders
The organisers plan to operate official buses connecting JR railway stations, accommodation areas, and the event venue.
Due to the ongoing difficulty in securing bus drivers in Japan, the official bus service is available only to those who register in advance.
Please register via IOF Eventor.
Registration deadline:
- Sunday, February 28, 2027, 23:59 (JST)
Official bus fares:

The official bus service originates at JR Yoka Station and JR Kasumi Station, with stops available along the way at roadside stations (Michi-no-Eki: Yoka Tajima-no-Kura, Hachikita, and Muraoka Farm Garden).
In addition, the Hachikita accommodation area (Hachikita Tourism Association) and Hachi Kogen (Hachi Kogen Exchange Promotion Centre) are designated as starting points for passengers staying in those areas. Buses will operate between these starting points and the event venue on event days.
Please note that the bus routes will differ depending on the day of the event.
The operating schedule (timetable) will be announced on the event website after the registration deadline, as it depends on the accommodation locations.
You may be assigned a specific bus to use based on your start time on the day of the event.
