The “Area” column in the Accommodation List corresponds to the accommodation areas marked in pink on the area map above.
- Information provided for each accommodation includes location, access, rooms, meals, foreign language support, access to the event venue, etc.
- Regarding reservations, in addition to using Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), many facilities accept bookings made directly via their websites or by email.
- Please contact each facility directly via email or other means to confirm details such as room types, meal options, transportation services, and other details. While many Japanese accommodations include meals in their rates, some also offer “room-only” (no-meal) plans.
- Most accommodation websites are available only in Japanese; however, you can view them in other languages by using tools such as Google Translate.
