Once you complete the entry process through IOF Eventor and payment of the entry fee is confirmed, the WMOC2027 Organizing Committee will register you with WMG. After this, you will receive an email notification with instructions for further procedure.
This process generally takes several weeks, so If you wish to prioritize entry into other competitions, please register with WMG yourself first. After that, please provide your WMG ID and IOF Eventor account ID via the email form shown at “For those who have already registered with WMG” of Entry page .
The only requirement for participating in WMOC2027 is an age limit (35 years or older). There are no prerequisites regarding experience and past achievements. Although the event follows a qualification and final race format, everyone gets to participate in and enjoy the final race, regardless of their performance in the qualifiers. There are two events: Sprint, which takes place in urban areas and parks, and Forest, which takes place in natural environments. Since the Forest event involves deciding your own route in nature, we ask that you understand the basic rules of the sport and map reading skills to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. The Sprint event is relatively easy for beginners to participate in. If you have absolutely no prior experience, you will likely enjoy the event more if you try it out a few times beforehand.
The website below offers technical explanations for beginners and information on various events held across the country. It also lists permanent courses that you can enjoy at any time.
